This website is operated by Les Services comptables Token Expert inc. (“Token Expert,” “we,” “us”). These terms govern use of the website and its tools.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using this website after having had an opportunity to review these terms, you agree to comply with them, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the website.

This acceptance concerns use of the website. It does not, by itself, create a service engagement or constitute consent to optional cookies or personal information processing that requires separate consent.

Information and services

The website presents our accounting and tax services for individuals and businesses, including digital asset services. Its content is general: it does not replace an assessment of your circumstances or tailored professional advice.

A consultation request does not, by itself, create an accepted engagement. Services, responsibilities, fees and deadlines are set out in the quote or service agreement agreed with you.

Prices and estimates

Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes. Calculators provide estimates based on the information entered. A quote will be prepared to confirm the package, sources, required services and applicable fees, including extras and any requested historical work.

Using the website

You may browse the website and use its tools for your personal or business needs. You must provide accurate information that you are authorized to share, and must not disrupt the website or attempt to access its systems without authorization.

Text, trademarks and visual elements belong to Token Expert or their respective owners. Reproduction or use beyond what the law permits requires the relevant owner’s permission.

User contributions

Where a feature allows you to publish a review, comment or other content, you must have the necessary rights and respect the rights of others. We may refuse or remove unlawful, abusive or unwanted content, or content that infringes those rights. This rule does not limit your right to express a legitimate opinion about our services.
