Simon Domaine CPA, LL.M. Fisc
Founder of Token Expert
Simon Domaine is the founder of Token Expert. Realizing the lack of professional accounting services offered in the crypto industry, Simon founded Token Expert to help companies operating in the digital space by providing accounting and tax advice.
Prior to starting Token Expert, Simon worked at PwC Canada, where he served a diverse clientele and tackled a wide array of tax and accounting challenges. He developed expertise in accounting and taxation activities related to DeFi protocols, NFTs, staking, and digital asset trading. He has also authored an article in CPA Quebec where he addressed the tax aspects of various digital activities.
Simon is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and he received his Master's degree in Tax Law from HEC Montreal.

Dominic Nadeau
Marketing Director & Web3 Analytics
Dominic Nadeau was Token Expert's first employee. He joined Simon to expand Token Expert's capabilities in a complementary way at a critical moment during the 2024 tax season.
Before joining Token Expert, Dominic worked with many startups, collaborating with entrepreneurs and wearing many hats in generalist roles. He has also experimented with numerous DeFi protocols and built websites for a few crypto projects.
Dominic has a background in finance and has maintained a strong interest in crypto since 2017. He earned his master's degree in marketing and e-commerce management from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2019.
